• It is made out of pasteurised milk. We use the traditional cheddar method to mature our cheese.
• Farmhouse Cheddar offers a rustic twist on the classic Cheddar cheese, crafted without the conventional cheddar process involving stacking and milling.
• We wrap the cheese into a cloth in order to keep the moisture in during its long maturation (1-year minimum).
• The result is a strong and nutty taste.
• This award-winning cheese has a distinctive flavour that you will definitely keep for a long time after the first bite.
