INGREDIENTS: Water, Tomato (13%), Tomato Paste, Red Pepper (5%), Rapeseed Oil, Spirit Vinegar, Dried Onion, Ginger Purée, Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Garlic Purée, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Colour (Paprika Extract), Salt, Paprika, Red Chilli, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Clove, Nutmeg, Star Anise.

Preparation and Usage
Goan Chilli Masala
Serves 2
Cooking time:15 minutes.
Method Hob.
Ingredients:
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil;
300g of white fish or raw prawns;
1 jar Tesco Finest Goan Chilli Masala Sauce.
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
- Add 300g of diced white fish or raw prawns and sear for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the jar of sauce to the pan.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes, with lid on, until the fish or prawns are cooked through.
To serve: Serve with cooked basmati rice or naan and garnish with chopped coriander.
Try substituting white fish for 300g cauliflower and green beans.
