Our delicious flapjacks are baked to perfection following Mary Flahavan’s recipe. We bake these beside our mill in Kilmacthomas, where our family have been milling oats for over 230 years. We source the finest-quality Irish oats from local growers, resulting in a delicious, crunchy oaty snack that can be enjoyed at any time of day.
