It is made out of pasteurised milk. We use the traditional cheddar method to mature our cheese.

We wrap the cheese into a cloth in order to keep the moisture in during its long maturation (1-year minimum). The result is a strong and nutty taste. This award-winning cheese has a distinctive flavour that you will definitely keep for a long time after the first bite.
