Horgan's Mature Irish Red Cheddar has a firm texture with an aromatic, rich and distinctive flavour. This cheddar owes its full flavour to a lenghty maturation of up to one year, which results in naturally forming salt crystals, giving a crumbly texture and real bite. Delicious in sandwiches or toasties with ham.
