Tesco Finest Iced Rich Fruit Cake 400g

INGREDIENTS: Sultanas (20%), Wheat Flour, Marzipan (10%) [Sugar, Almonds, Glucose Syrup, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)], Pasteurised Egg, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Butter (Milk), Glacé Cherries (6%) [Cherry, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Colour (Anthocyanins), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)], Raisins (3%), Glacé Mixed Citrus Peel (3%) [Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Brandy (3%), Cognac (2%), Humectant (Glycerol), Hazelnuts, Barley Malt Extract, Concentrated Orange Juice, Palm Oil, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Orange Oil, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate).

Remove outer packaging, including greaseproof paper, before cutting. Place cake on a flat surface. Hold the cake and with a long clean serrated sharp knife, cut the cake into slices using a sawing action. It is important to keep the knife clean between slices.
