INGREDIENTS: Marzipan (18%) [Sugar, Almonds, Glucose Syrup, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)], Sultanas (16%), Sugar, Wheat Flour, Pasteurised Egg, Brown Sugar, Butter (Milk), Glacé Cherries (4.5%) [Cherries, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Colour (Anthocyanins), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)], Cognac (2.5%), Glace Mixed Citrus Peel [Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Raisins (2%), Brandy (2%), Humectant (Glycerol), Almonds, Hazelnuts, Barley Malt Extract, Palm Oil, Concentrated Orange Juice, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Orange Oil, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dried Egg White, Maize Starch, Emulsifiers (Acacia Gum, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Lecithins), Colour (Iron Oxides and Iron Hydroxides), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Remove outer packaging and remove ribbon before cutting. Place cake on a flat surface. Hold the cake and with a long clean serrated sharp knife, cut the cake into slices using a sawing action. It is important to keep the knife clean between slices.
