Preparation and Usage
Red Thai Fish Curry.
Serves 3
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients: 280g diced boneless white fish, 1 jar of Tesco Red Curry Cooking Sauce (340g), 15ml (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil.
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, add the fish and fry for 5 minutes or until cooked.
2. Pour over the contents of the jar and simmer for 10 minutes.
To Serve: Serve with cooked jasmine rice.
