Wicklow Farmhouse Cheese infuses the soft creamy texture of its mild cheddar with the delicious aroma of smoked beechwood.

A cheddar gently cold smoked over beechwood chips. Delicious served with pork, salad, with a selection of crackers, melted on bagel or ciabatta as it has good melting properties and pairs well with a premium cider.
