Preparation & Usage

Cooking Instructions You Will Need: – 170ml-200ml water or milk – Flat baking tray (dusted with flour) – 6cm / 2 1/2″ scone butter All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. To Make 10 Scones: 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ 400°F/ Gas Mark 6. 2. Pour the water into a mixing bowl and then add the contents of the pack. Mix together with a spoon, until a soft dough is formed. 3. Sprinkle flour on the work surface and place the dough onto it. Knead lightly. Put a little flour on the dough and press out until 1 1/2cm / 1/2″ in height. Use cutter to cut out scones. Press trimmings together and repeat to make 10 scones. Glaze with milk for a golden crumb. 4. Place scones on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. 5. Allow to cool on a wire tray. To Serve: Serve with SuperValu fresh cream and your favourite SuperValu jam. Not suitable for microwave cooking

Storage Guidelines

Store in a cool, dry place. Once baked store in an airtight container.
