INGREDIENTS: Water, Tomato Purée, Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Cumin, Ginger, Turmeric, Rapeseed Oil, Ground Coriander, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Desiccated Coconut, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Cinnamon, Fennel, Cardamom, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Onion Concentrate, Chilli Powder, Yeast Extract, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Onion Extract, Allspice, Onion Powder, Nutmeg, Clove, Dill, Mace, Black Pepper.


Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

Preparation and Usage

Chicken Korma Curry

Cooking time: 18 minutes

Ingredients: 15ml (1 tbsp.) oil; 2 medium onions (approx. 140g) – diced; 1 jar of Tesco Korma Paste 200g; 500g chicken breast – diced; 200g creamed coconut; 150ml single cream; 400ml water.

Method: Hob

1. Heat up the oil in a medium saucepan. Gently cook the onion until golden in colour.

2. Stir in the Korma curry paste. Fry for a further 3 minutes.

3. Add the chicken and fry until sealed.

4. Add the creamed coconut, single cream and water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce has thickened.

To Serve: Serve with cooked basmati rice or naan bread.
