Lisduggan Farm Spiced Beef
Place the spiced beef in a pot of cold water. The meat must be covered in water at all times during the cooking process. Bring it to the boil and then slowly simmer. Cook the meat for 50 minutes per kilogram. After the meat is cooked, let it rest for about five minutes before slicing. Can be eaten warm, or even better thinly sliced and cold.
