Tesco Hoisin Stir Fry Sauce 120g x (4 pack)

INGREDIENTS: Water, Sugar, Shallot (10%), Tomato Paste, Soy Sauce (3.5%)[Water, Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt], Fermented Soy Bean (3%)[Soya Bean, Salt, Wheat Flour, Water], Modified Maize Starch, Fructose Syrup, Rice Vinegar, Colour (Plain Caramel), Dried Garlic, Ginger, Molasses, Sunflower Oil, Yeast Extract, Sesame Oil, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Cinnamon Powder, Coriander Powder, Star Anise, Chilli Powder.

Hoisin Stir Fry with Chicken.
Cooking time: 3-4 minutes
Method: Hob

Ingredients:

1 Pouch Tesco Hoisin Stir Fry Sauce;
200g chicken breast, cubed;
100g spring onions, sliced diagonally;
100g sugar snap peas, sliced diagonally;
Reserve the green tops of the spring onions for garnish.
Method:
1. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a wok over a high heat.
2. Add chicken breast and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
3. Add the spring onion, sugar snaps and sauce and stir fry for a further minute.

To serve:
Garnish with the tops of the spring onion.
