INGREDIENTS: Water, Red Pepper (12%), Onion, Red Chilli (5%), Lemongrass, Garlic Purée, Modified Maize Starch, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Tamarind Concentrate, Ground Coriander, Salt, Chilli Powder, Coriander Leaf, Colour (Paprika Extract), Rapeseed Oil, Potassium Chloride, Flavourings, Maltodextrin.

Preparation and Usage
Thai Red Fish Curry.
Cooking time: 19-26 minutes
Ingredients: 15ml (1tbsp) oil; 1 jar of Tesco Red Thai Paste Curry Paste 200g; 400ml (1 can) coconut milk; 400g of white fish chunks.
Method: Hob
1. Add oil to a frying pan and heat.
2. Add the contents of the jar to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add white fish to the pan and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Ensure the fish is thoroughly cooked and the desired consistency is reached.
To Serve: Serve with cooked jasmine rice.
